What I got right when I was 10: Dance Mix '93 was the best party album of all time.

At 10 years old, I was sure of a few things: Grade 8s were queenshit, Dance Mix ‘93 was the best album of all time and life was a series of milestones I would tick off once I did the required steps 1-5. 😬

Apparently, we are neither linear or one-dimensional.

I can safely say that my life trajectory thus far has been a series of overlapping cycles and zigzags and, I’m pretty sure that if you are reading this, same goes for you.

How would you describe your life right now?

(Your real life - the one from inside your body; not the list of tasks you complete and titles you carry.)

🔸 How are you physically?

🔸 How is your headspace?

🔸 How are your emotions showing up?

🔸 Where are you philosophically and spiritually?

I don’t know about you but sometimes all those dimensions are synced right up and other times some are soaring while others have bottomed right out.

Maybe you’re planning to ride this cycle a bit longer or maybe you feel like you’re on the cusp of a pivot.

Wherever you are - whichever cycle or chapter your life is riding or writing right now - I hope you are getting what you need from it.

You’ve got this.
